Below you will find two training packages that I currently offer. The choice of training 2 OR 3 times per week.

I want to promote lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes. I do not offer any less than two 1-2-1 training sessions a week as I am sure you can understand any fitness plan requires a level of commitment and time. If you wish to have more than 3 sessions per week this can be discussed further during your consultation.

All training sessions are face-to-face with me at my private gym which is fully insured.

240£3 x 1hr 1-2-1 PT sessions a week at private gym for 4 weeks.Valid for 3 months- Nutrition advice and support
